Getting that flat tommy.

Getting a flat tommy comes with so much compromise.
You must be ready to change eating habits and perform much exercise.
 Below are some tips:
1) Eat whole wheat bread.Always look out for the word "whole","enriched wheat" or "multi grain".

2) Take cereals like your Kellogs.Always buy cereals that have 2.5g per serving.Check around the packs for the servings.Also look out for low sugar or no sugar at all. Watch out for granola cereals because most of them contain fat.
3)Eat lots of lean beef. Recommended lean meats are,laura's lean beef and Naturalite.
4) Healthiest fruits are (in no particualar order): Apples,Oranges,Apricots,Strawberries,cherries,blackberries,prunes and grapefruits.
5) Take lots vegetables.Examples of good vegetables are: Spinach,Celery,Carrots,Onions,Beets,Sweet potatoes,Broccoli and Cauliflower.
6) Drinks and Juice: Grape juice is fine and try to limit your over all sugar intake to 22grams per day.
7) Tea: Lipton black or green are okay.
